Doug Walker has been providing corporate finance and advisory services through Capital West Ventures Inc. since 1993.

Prior to that he worked for Peat Marwick Thorne and Deloitte & Touche in the Corporate Finance and Financial Advisory groups. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984 with a B. Commerce in accounting.

Mr. Walker is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and received his ICD.D designation in 2008.

Mr. Walker currently sits on the boards of several private and public companies in Canada.
